As a Biba Client you will be sent a confirmation text message 4 days prior to your appointment and we ask that any changes to the appointment are made upon receiving this message. 

Late cancellations (within 48hrs of the appointment) and clients who fail to turn up to their booking affect us significantly and as such will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the appointment.

We understand the dynamic nature of the world we live in, and will not hold you to ransom should illness, or family obligations change your availability. If this is the case we will work together to reschedule  you to an alternative date.
